Maysville – Anna Ruth Werline, 83, of Maysville, Kentucky died Friday, April 17, 2020 at the Hospice of Hope Care Center. Mrs. Werline retired from Browning's-EPT where she served as an HR Benefits Administrator. She was a member of the Church of God International and she was a graduate of May's Lick High School. Anna was born in Maysville, Kentucky on December 17, 1936 the daughter of the late Malcom Sylvester Haggard and Virginia Blanche Wallingford Haggard. She is survived by her husband, Ellsworth Werline; her daughter, Lori Donegan (Greg) of Hebron; her stepchildren, Stephen Troy Werline of Augusta, Gregory Trent Werline of Lexington and Kristi Dawn Teegarden (Jimmy) of Maysville; several step grandchildren and her brother, James Allen Haggard (Linda) of Maysville. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepson, Terry Werline and her brothers, Kenneth Haggard, Lowell Haggard, Chester Haggard and Robert Haggard.
