Bertha Henrietta "Tiny" Morton, 86, of Maysville, Kentucky died Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at the Pioneer Trace Nursing Home in Flemingsburg, Kentucky. Ms. Morton was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church. She was born in Maysville, Kentucky on July 11, 1932 the daughter of the late James Morton and Christine E. Rice. She is survived by her son-in-law, Paul Joseph and grandchildren, Christina Joseph and Phillip Joseph all of Los Angeles, California; and a host of other family members and friends. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughters, Valda Morton Joseph and Sandra K. Morton. Funeral services for Bertha Morton will be held at the Bethel Baptist Church at 1:00 PM Friday, January 18, 2019 with Rev. Terrance Taylor officiating. Burial will be in the Green Acres Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church on Friday, January 18, 2019 from 11:00 AM until the hour of the service. The arrangements are entrusted with the Knox and Brothers Funeral Home.
