Billy Lee Conley, 63, of Maysville, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at the Hospice of Hope Care Center. Mr. Conley formerly worked with Public Works for the City of Maysville. He was a 1981 graduate of Maysville High School and a member of Central Baptist Church. Billy was born in Maysville, Kentucky on September 17, 1962 the son of the late Arthur and Marie Jefferson Conley.

He is survived by his brother, Rickey Conley of Maysville; his sister-in-laws, Robin C. Conley and Penny M. Conley; his niece, Amy Conley; his nephews, Ryan Conley and Chris (Amanda) Conley and great nieces, Zella, Madi, Alli and Evey.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Lewis Conley and Jerry Conley.

Funeral services for Billy Conley will be held at the Knox and Brothers Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Monday, February 23, 2026 with Reverend Adam Burton officiating. Burial will follow in the Maysville Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Timmy Gilbert, Chris Conley, Ryan Conley, Timmy Henderson, Jason Botkins and Jeremy Botkins.
