MAYSVILLE – Billy Ray Craycraft, 66, of Maysville, died Sunday, Dec. 1, 2019 at the Hospice of Hope Care Center at Kenton Pointe in Maysville.

Billy was born in Maysville on August 18, 1953, the son of the late Russell Craycraft and Alice Clark Craycraft. Billy was loved immensely by his mother and father who were extraordinary parents. He was an avid fan of UK Basketball, wrestling, and many of the older television shows.

He is survived by eight siblings, Brenda Botkin, Barry (Debbie) Craycraft, Mark Craycraft, Dale Craycraft, David Craycraft, Robin Conley all of Maysville,  Teresa (Kenny) Darnell of Dover, and Lisa (Joe) Silva of Paris. Billy is also survived by one aunt, Rebecca Herbert of Muses Mill and by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Ronnie Craycraft and two of his brothers-in-law, Lewis Conley and Clarence Botkin and one Aunt, Myrl Ridner.

Funeral services for Billy Ray Craycraft will be held at the Knox and Brothers Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Friday, December 6, 2019 with Rev. Tony Liess officiating. Burial will follow in the Hillcrest Garden of Memories. Pallbearers will be Barry Craycraft, Robin Conley, Jeremy Botkin, Kenny Darnell, Chris Conley, and Ryan Conley.
