Deborah "Debby" Rudd, 71, of Maysville, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at Meadowview Regional Medical Center. Debby was formerly associated with Rigdon Electric and later retired from Maysville Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility. She was a 1972 graduate of Saint Patrick High School and was lovingly called "Mammy" by her family. Debby was born in Maysville, Kentucky on February 9, 1954 the daughter of the late Harold and Norma Heflin Rigdon.

She is survived by her husband, Larry Rudd; her children, Chrystal Brubeck, of Georgetown, KY, Amber Flack (Justin) of Aberdeen, OH, Melissa McGlothin (Edward) of Carlisle, KY and Zach Rudd (Mary Beth) of Maysville, KY; her grandchildren, Zan Jolly (Chassidy) and Kaley Avery (Trey) and great grandchildren, Layla, Kane, Ramzy, Zaxton, Mya and two on the way.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Larry Rigdon and Frank Rigdon.
