Donnie W. Harris, 66, of Maysville, Kentucky died Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at the Baptist Health Hospital in Lexington, KY. Mr. Harris was a stone mason by trade and also an over the road semi-truck driver. Donnie was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints and a veteran of the US Army. He was born in Sharkey, Kentucky on October 9, 1952 the son of the late Carless and Olive Mae Gregory Harris. He is survived by his wife, Sharon Eubanks Harris; two sons, Brandon W. Harris (Stephanie) of Lewisburg, KY and Travis J. Harris of Flemingsburg, KY; brothers, Sam Harris (Cebina) and Danny Harris both of Flemingsburg, KY; sisters, Mary Stanfield (Harold) and Betty McKee both of Flemingsburg, KY, Debbie Harris of Covington, KY and Shirley Tolliver (Jerry) of Frankfort, KY; his brother-in-law, Randy Eubanks (Beverly) and several nieces, nephews and other family members. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Denver, Robert Joe, Roger, Adrian and Dallas. Funeral services for Donnie Harris will be held at the Knox and Brothers Funeral Home at 3:00 PM Sunday, April 28, 2019 with Kent Butcher officiating. Burial will follow in the Sharkey Cemetery in Rowan County, KY. Pallbearers will be Sam Harris, Brandon Harris, Travis Harris, Wayne Flanders, Larry Caudill and Randy Eubanks.
