Dorothy Mae Moran, 86, passed away on Saturday, April 4, 2026 at the Saint Joseph Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. She was the widow of Eugene Moran. Dorothy was born in Mason County, Kentucky on May 1, 1939 the daughter of the late Noel Herbert Tucker and Dora Aileen Cromer Tucker.

Survivors include her siblings, Carolyn "Pidge" Ledford of Lexington, KY, Margaret Ward (Herman) of Maysville, KY and Donnie Tucker (Micki) of Wintersville, NC; her two nieces, Barbara Faul and Melissa Caruso and her nephew, Darrell Ward and a dear friend, Sue Moran.

Besides her husband and her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Rosie Faul.

A memorial graveside service will be held at the Shannon Cemetery on Saturday, May 16, 2026 at 11:30 AM.
