Earl Robert Nixon, 85, of Garrison, Kentucky died Monday, January 20, 2020 at his residence under the care of Hospice of Hope. Mr. Nixon was a retired equipment operator for the Polk County Government in Polk County, Oregon. He had served in the US Marines. Earl was born in Oregon on April 13, 1934 the son of the late Boston David Nixon and Berchie Combs Nixon. He is survived by his wife, Belle June Mock Nixon; his children, Bret Nixon of Marvel, TX; Roscoe Nixon (Yvonne) of Dateland, AZ; Brian Nixon (Victoria) of Garrison, KY; Julian Todd Nixon (Amber) of Lexington, KY; Kathy Duran (Richard) of Kizer, OR and Greg Combs (Nancy) of Tagard, OR; numerous grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
