Maysville – Edna Pauline Williams, 91, of Maysville, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at the Hospice of Hope Care Center surrounded by her loving family. Ms. Williams retired from Emerson Power Transmissions after 30 years of service. She was born in Sardis, Kentucky on October 5, 1931 the daughter of the late Edward and Lorna Doone Goddard Allison.

She was a faithful member of Maysville Church of Christ where she enjoyed singing in the choir. She loved having her family gather for meals, but Christmas time was always her favorite time of the year.

Survivors include her four children, Jeff Williams and Martha Cox (James) both of Minerva, KY; Lisa Grisik (Mark) of Alexandria, KY and Vicki Nelson (Ron) of Mosinee, WI. Grandchildren, Mike Nelson, Troy Nelson, Chris Nelson, Kevin Cox, Jodie Cox, Jeffrey Williams, Tyler Clark, Cameron O'Hearn and Olivia O'Hearn. She has 12 great grandchildren. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her son Walter Joe Williams and grandson James Bernard Cox.

Funeral services for Edna Williams will be held at the Knox and Brothers Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Thursday, December 29, 2022 with Pastor Marilyn Rhodes officiating. Burial will follow in the Shannon Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Thursday from 11:00 AM until the hour of the service. Condolences at knoxbrothersfuneralhome.co
