Elizabeth Arbell Pugh, passed away on Wednesday, March 12, 2025. She was born in Maysville Kentucky on January 2, 1950 to the late Marion Van Camp and Mary Beckett Van Camp.
Elizabeth is survived by her daughters: Lesley Sweet (Tom), and Jennifer Pugh; Grandchildren: Caleb Wolfe, Tad Al-Jurehi (Brooklyn Sumner), Zahraa Al-Jurehi (Matt Ballard), Elijah Pugh, and Zachariah Sweet; Brother: John Van Camp (Colleen); Sisters: Debbie Bailey (Randy), Peggy Berry, and Lois Hastings.
Besides her parents, Elizabeth was preceded in death by her husband of fifty-six years, Floyd Estill Pugh, her son Jason Pugh, her brother Steve Van Camp and sisters Audrey Castle and Mary Jean Miller.
Services will be held for Elizabeth Pugh on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Faithway Baptist Church with Pastor Kevin Bell officiating. Pallbearers will be Tad Al-Jurehi, Elijah Pugh, Tom Sweet, John Shumaker, Randy Bailey, and Matt Ballard. A visitation will be held Monday, March 17, 2025 at the Faithway Baptist Church from 5:00-7:00 PM.
