Frances M. Lowe, 101, of Aberdeen, Ohio died Saturday, May 25, 2019 at the Maysville Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility. Mrs. Lowe was the widow of Harold Lowe who passed in 2003. She was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church in Maysville, Kentucky and an approximately seventy year member of the Eastern Star. At the time of her death, she was the longest and oldest member of Trinity United Methodist Church. During World War II, she worked at Groces Dry Cleaners. Frances was born in Mason County, Kentucky on April 10, 1918 the daughter of the late John H. Manier and Rebecca Hamm Manier Walker. Survivors include her daughters, Mary Maher (Jim) of Maysville, KY and Armilda Shelton Jobst of Xenia, OH; grandchildren, Timothy Shelton, Richard Shelton, Kristal Qumsieh, Sharon Ferguson, Frank Winstead, Jr., David Maher and Robbie Maher; great grandchildren, Kevin, Jerri and Billy Winstead, Aeron Ferguson Wedding, Tim, Candice, Melissa, Heather and Amanda Shelton, Alexis, Kayla and Miah Qumsieh, Hadley, Addison, Amanda and Colton Maher and ten great great grandchildren. Besides her husband Harold and her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Virginia Winstead and two grandchildren, Lisa and Terry Shelton, her sister, Mary Ball and her brothers, John Manier and Clarence Baldridge. Funeral services for Frances Lowe will be held at the Trinity United Methodist Church at 2:00 PM Thursday, May 30, 2019 with Pastor James Fant officiating. Burial will follow in the Maysville Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church on Thursday from 11:00 AM until the hour of the service. In lieu of flowers, please make memorials to the Trinity United Methodist Church, 26 West Third Street, Maysville, Kentucky 41056.
