Jacqueline R. "Jackie" Snipes, 62, of Maysville, Kentucky passed away Thursday, November 30, 2023 at the Saint Joseph Hospital, Lexington, Kentucky. Jackie was a member of the Saint Patrick Church. She was retired from Meadowview Regional Medical Center and the Women's Crisis Center. Jackie was born in Maysville, Kentucky on April 4, 1961 the daughter of the late Henry and Frances Dugan Rigdon.

She is survived by her husband, Billy D. Snipes; her two children, Adrian Ginn (Edwina) of Flemingsburg and Christina L. Ginn of Maysville; six grandchildren, Makena Ginn, Dameion Ginn, Emberleigh Ginn, Ashton Ginn, Gentry Ginn and Dominic Baker; two great grandchildren, Ky'Air and Ky'Lyn; three sisters, Edwina Howard (Steve) and Nora Rigdon both of Maysville and Peggy Podraza of Lexington, SC and her lifelong friend, Mary Wallingford of Maysville.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Henry Rigdon, Jr. and her sister, Frankie Sapp.

Funeral services for Jackie Snipes will be held at the Knox and Brothers Funeral Home at 1:00 PM, Friday, December 8, 2023 with Rev. Ronnie Wallingford officiating. Burial will follow in the Saint Patrick Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Adrian Ginn, Michael Wilson, Brandon Boyd, Nicholas Bellew, Ricky Wallingford and Steve Howard.
