Jason Lee Blevins, 36, of Vanceburg, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, August 10, 2025 at the Cincinnati Children's Hospital MC in Cincinnati, Ohio. Jason formerly worked at PDQ and was a member of the Central Baptist Church in Maysville, Kentucky. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on December 16, 1988 the son of Laura Ann Neal Bratton of Brooksville, KY and James Michael Blevins of Maysville, KY.

Besides his parents, he is survived by his fiancée, Katelyn Thomas of Vanceburg, his children, Connor Blevins, Carter Thomas, Izabella Blevins and Gabriella Blevins all of Vanceburg, KY; his sister, Bethanie Blevins Linville of Maysville, KY; two nieces and two nephews and a host of other family and friends.
