Jerrye Jo Redden, 73, of Maysville, Kentucky passed away unexpectedly at her residence on Monday, December 24, 2018. Ms. Redden was a retired school teacher from the Lewis County School System and had previously been a teacher with the Ripley-Union-Lewis-Huntington School System, along with being an Adjunct Professor at Morehead State University. She was a member of the Seddon United Methodist Church and was a graduate from Morehead State University. Jerrye Jo was born in Maysville, Kentucky on December 12, 1945 the daughter of the late Henry H. Boone and Mildred Pollock Boone. Survivors include her two sons, Joe Redden (Carla) and Jason Redden (Beth Moore) both of Maysville, Kentucky; three grandchildren, Aden Redden, Xander Redden and Kroy Redden; her brother, Henry L. Boone of Maysville, KY and her sister, Kathy Reel (Phillip) of Owensboro, KY. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Arretta Bartlett. Funeral services for Jerrye Jo Redden will be held at the Knox and Brothers Funeral Home at 12:00 PM Saturday, December 29, 2018 with Rev. Jim Rawlings officiating.
