Juanita Rose McCall, 71, of Vanceburg, Kentucky passed away Monday, July 11, 2022 at the Maysville Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility. She was the widow of John McCall who passed in 2016. Juanita was born in Washington, Kentucky on February 1, 1951 the daughter of the late Stanley and Olivia Royce Smitson.

She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Hord (Clinton) of Vanceburg, KY; her son, John D. McCall (Michelle) of Georgetown, KY; five grandchildren, Dylan Heath Hord, Jacob Clay Hord (Ashley), Nicholas Brice Hord, Heather Renee Taylor and John Colton Matthew McCall; five great grandchildren, Reece Taylor, Macie Taylor, Miller McCall, Memphis McCall and Raelynn Hord and three sisters, Nancy Soister, Angela Meyer (Randy) and Jennifer Workman. Besides her husband and her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Ramona Ruggles.

Funeral services for Juanita McCall will be held at the Knox and Brothers Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Thursday, July 14, 2022 with Bro. Jamie Mitchell officiating.
