Judy Belle Gibbs, 74 of Maysville, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, January 1, 2025 at the Maysville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.  Judy was the widow of Emory "Bud" Gibbs who passed in 2013.

She was born in Fleming County, Kentucky on January 30th 1950, the daughter of the late Arthur and Daisy Jean Hughes Stephens.

She is preceded in death by her sister Rita Pferrman, a child Christy Stephens and a special great Grandson Da'mere King.

Judy served in the United States Army, Private 1st Class.  She enjoyed playing cards, spending time with her family, and attending church.

Survivors include her children Emory Artie Gibbs of Maysville, Ky and Lori Chenault of Mexico, and one sister Delana Stephens, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.

A family directed memorial service will be held at a later date with burial in the Green Acres Cemetery.
