Julia Mae Turner O'Bannon, 76, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Monday, March 2, 2026 at the UC Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was retired from Duke Energy and was a graduate of UC College. Ms. O'Bannon was born in Maysville, Kentucky on May 1, 1949 the daughter of the late John Herman Turner and Anna Belle Warner Turner.

Survivors include her sister, Ruth Turner of Cincinnati, Ohio and her brother, Edward Turner of Dayton, Ohio; several nieces, nephews and a host of family.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Mayme Louise Turner and Mary Kathryn Turner and her brothers, Leslie Turner, Emmitt Turner, John Herman Turner, Charles Turner and Russell Turner.

At her direction, no public service will be held. Burial was held in the Green Acres Cemetery, Maysville, Kentucky.
