Kathleen Cutter, 76, of Maysville, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, October 3, 2024 at the Select Specialty Hospital in Ft. Thomas, Kentucky. She was the widow of Harold "Dude" Cutter. Mrs. Cutter retired from Macy's and was a member of the Maysville Faternal Order of Eagles #1564 and a former member of the Florence American Legion Post 4 Ladies Auxillary. Kathy's hobbies include traveling, sewing, crosstitch, crafts and bowling. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on February 12, 1948 the daughter of the late Anna Florence Simms Woodward.

She is survived by her daughter, Crystal Koho (Ronald) of Vernon, TX; two grandchildren, Joey Koho and Stephanie Lanning (Derek); three great grandchildren, Brody Koho, Lillianna Lanning and Kiah Lanning; her special friend, Joel Eachus and six siblings, Jim Stamper, Peggy Taylor, Janice Kinder (Joe), Sheila Bellew all of Maysville, Judy Ikard of Phoenix, AZ and Dale Mineer of Gainesville, GA and numerous nieces and nephews.

Besides her husband and her mother, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Shawn Neeley, her grandson, Zachary Koho and her brother, Terry Stamper.

A memorial service will be held at the Knox and Brothers Funeral Home at noon on Saturday, October 26, 2024 with Rev. Gene Staggs officiating.
