Kenneth Allen Brookins, 61, of Lexington, KY and formerly of Maysville, passed away Friday, July 14, 2023 at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville, Kentucky.

Mr. Brookins was a 1980 graduate of Maysville High School. He was born in Maysville, Kentucky on June 15, 1962 the son of the late Matthew and Mary Beckley Brookins.

He is survived by two sons, Justin Brookins and Corey Brookins; two sisters, Suzanne Brookins of Columbus, OH and Judith Anne Brookins of Maysville, KY and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Charles Michael Brookins.

Memorial services for Kenneth Brookins will be held at the Knox and Brothers Funeral Home at noon on Saturday, July 29, 2023.
