Maysville – Latasha Kay Estep-Wells, 44, of Germantown, Kentucky passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, November 16, 2024. Mrs. Wells was a graduate of Mason County High School and Maysville Community College. In her youth, she was a member of the 4-H Club. Latasha loved animals, especially cats and she loved Christmas and family gatherings. She was born in Lexington, Kentucky on February 20, 1980 the daughter of Alvin and Lisa Saunders Estep of Germantown, Kentucky.

Besides her parents, Alvin and Lisa, she is survived by her brother and his wife, Scotty and April Estep and her nephew, Jaxton Estep all of Germantown, KY and her step-daughter, Anne Elizabeth Wells of the Helena community.

She is also survived by her aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and the family of Joshua Wells. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Joshua Wells.

Funeral services for Latasha Wells will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, November 21, 2024 at the Knox and Brothers Funeral Home with Pastor Chad Current officiating. Burial will follow in the Shannon Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Harley Doug Flack, Nicholas Flack, Gavin Shields, Jaxton Estep, Jason Klaiber, Samantha Insko, Christina Price and Heidi Nash. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 11:00 AM until the hour of the service.
