Maysville- Lisa Lynn Sweet, 50, of Maysville, Kentucky passed away Sunday, July 24, 2022 at Meadowview Regional Medical Center. Ms. Sweet was an associate of Maysville Walmart for eighteen years. She was a graduate of Mason County High School. Lisa was born in Maysville, Kentucky on December 15, 1971 the daughter of Betty Hopkins Sweet of Maysville and the late Jackie Lee Sweet.

Besides her mother, she is survived by her daughter, Amanda Sweet (Josh Caplinger) of Eaton, Ohio; her longtime companion, Vincent Pollitt of Maysville; her stepson, Cameron Pollitt; her grandson, Jackson Caplinger; her step grandchildren, Wesley, Lillie and Brantley Pollitt; her brother, Jackie L. Sweet, Jr. (Marci) of Orangeburg; nieces and nephews, Devon Sweet, Blake Fossitt, Brittany Riggs and Kelsey Brown and several uncles and aunts.

Funeral services for Lisa Sweet will be held at the Knox and Brothers Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Thursday, July 28, 2022 with Bro. Sam Bevard officiating. Burial will follow in the Hillcrest Garden of Memories. Pallbearers will be Devon Sweet, Joel Sweet, Kelly Sweet, Joe Jones, Dustin Davenport, Herbert Hopkins, Matt Beckett and Keith Wachter.
