Maysville, KY - Merry Andray Paul, 83, of Lexington, formerly from Maysville, died Thursday, August 30, 2018 at Sayre Healthcare Facility in Lexington, Kentucky.
She was born in Aurora, Illinois on January 6, 1935, the daughter of the late Raymond and Merrian Dixon Bowers.

Survivors include two daughters, Wendy Lynn Schumacher (Jim) of Lexington, KY;  Jill Merrian Warren (Tim) of Fountain Inn, SC; a son, Michael Raymond Paul (Beebe) of Varnville, SC;  seven grandchildren, Nancy  (Brian) Moore of Georgetown, KY; Stephanie (Ryan) Taylor of Lexington, KY; Chris (Whitney) Schumacher of London, KY; Cody Warren and Haley Warren of Fountain Inn, SC;  Marshal and Maggie Paul of Varnville, SC; six great grandchildren,  Kylie, Reese and Blake Moore of Georgetown, KY,  Abe and Grace Taylor of Lexington, KY, and Brantley Schumacher of London, KY
Her husband of 58 years, George Paul, died May 13, 2013.

Memorial services for Merry Paul will be held at the Knox and Brothers Funeral Home at 6:00 PM Wednesday, September 5, 2018 with the visitation from 5:00 PM until the hour of the service. Rev. Tony Liess will officiate the services. A private burial in the Lincoln Memorial Park in Aurora, IL will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
