Maysville - Norma Jean Allison, 77, of Maysville, Kentucky died Friday October 19, 2018 at the Maysville Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility. She was the widow of Jerry Allison who died December 6, 2015. Mrs. Allison was retired from Frisch's Restaurant. She was an avid gardener, an excellent cook and loved to spend time with her family. Norma was born in Robertson County, Kentucky on February 26, 1941 the daughter of the late Joseph and Dula Frances Hornback Kabler. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and John Mitchell of Paris, KY; her grandson and his wife, Christopher and Kayla Mitchell of Lexington, KY and several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband and her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Carolyn Johnson and her brothers, Perry Kabler, Bill Kabler and Joseph Kabler, Jr. Funeral services for Norma Allison will be held at the Knox and Brothers Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Tuesday, October 23, 2018 with Rev. Tony Liess officiating. Burial will follow in the Maysville Cemetery. Pallbearers will be John Mitchell, Chris Mitchell, Jackie Allison, Steve Allison, Wayne Mason and Lovell Meadows.
