Robert "Bob" Saunders DeHoag, aged 76, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away after a long struggle with Parkinson's dementia. Born on June 23, 1949, in Michigan, Bob was the son of the late Frederick Charles DeHoag and Mary Galbraith DeHoag. A retired educator and lifelong musician, Bob dedicated his life to positively impacting the lives of three generations of Kentucky students as a teacher, principal, and college administrator.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife Deborah Louise King DeHoag, his second wife Virginia McKune DeHoag, and his sisters-in-law Judy DeHoag, Nancy Sellers, Sandra King, and Sherry King. He is survived by his son, Charles DeHoag, and daughter-in-law Anna Evert-DeHoag; his stepchildren Kellie Woodruff and her husband Woody, Michael McKune and his wife Kitty, and their families; his grandchildren Andrew Evert and Lillian DeHoag; his brother Frederick Charles DeHoag, Jr. and his family; his brother-in-law Billie Ross King, Jr. and his wife Donna and their family; and his sister-in-law Jackie Gifford and her family.

In accordance with his wishes, there will be no service, and he will be laid to rest in Shannon Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted with the Knox and Brothers Funeral Home.
