Rodney Keith Miley, 60, of Dover, Kentucky died Tuesday, April 9, 2019. He was born in Maysville, KY on March 6, 1959. Survivors include his siblings, Marla Wilcox and Clarence K. Miley both of Maysville, KY and Greg Miley of Lexington, KY and companion Ernie Lou Sanders. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gus Miley Jr. and Jeanene Phillips Miley and his brother, Jeffrey Lynn Miley.
