Ruth Dillon Marshall, 89, of Maysville, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at Lexington Country Place in Lexington, Kentucky. She was the widow of Charles Thomas Marshall who passed in 1997. Mrs. Marshall retired from Maysville Community College and was a member of the Bethel United Methodist Church. She was born in Mason County, Kentucky on October 17, 1934 the daughter of the late Chester and Hazel Moran Dillon.

Ruth is survived by her two children, Thomas (Millie) Allen Marshall of Lexington, KY and Sharon (Robert) K. Marshall Collins of Arabi, GA; six grandchildren; ten great grandchildren and her sister, Ethella (Harry) Mann of Maysville, KY.

Beside her husband and her parents, she was preceded in death by two children, Alexander Keith Marshall and Ann Lloyd Marshall.

Graveside service for Ruth Marshall will be held at the Shannon Cemetery at 2pm on October 1, 2024 with Mike McArter officiating. There will be no visitation held prior to the service.
