Stella Moran, 103, of Flemingsburg, KY died Tuesday, January 15, 2018. She was born in New York, New York on August 27, 1915 the daughter of the late Albert and Kartrina Dudcinski. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Peter and Teresa Pollock of Flemingsburg and her daughter, Eileen Smith of Booneville, Arkansas. Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
