Virginia "Jenny" Davis, 90, of Maysville, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at her residence. Mrs. Davis was the widow of Frank Davis, Jr. She was a member of the Washington United Methodist Church. Virginia was born in Maysville, Kentucky on July 22, 1930 the daughter of the late John and Bertha Gaskin Gilbert. She is survived by her sons, Gary Davis (Cynthia) of Waynesville, Ohio and Robin Davis (Lisa) of West Union, Ohio; grandchildren, Lauralee Davis Schmidt (Erich), Gary Landon Davis, Emilee Davis and Kaitlyn Davis; great grandchildren, Raegan Davis, Gary Landon Davis, Jr., Twins, Maddie and Mylee Davis and Emma Schmidt; and a half-sister, Sherry Gilbert. Funeral services for Virginia Davis will be held at the Knox and Brothers Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Saturday, May 8, 2021. A public walk thru visitation will be held at the Knox and Brothers Funeral Home on Saturday from 11:00 AM until the hour of the service. Burial will be in the Washington Baptist Cemetery with the committal service at 2:00 PM. Face mask and social distancing must be observed by all in attendance for all events.
