William Howard "Bill" Stewart, 61, of Maysville, Kentucky died Thursday, September 26, 2019 at the UK Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. Mr. Stewart was retired from the Kentucky State Highway Department. He was born in Maysville, Kentucky on May 15, 1958 the son of the late Louis and Martha Marshall Stewart. He is survived by his wife, Melissa McGovney Stewart; his five children, Austin Bellew, Devontae Stewart, Aaron Corde, Taylon Stewart and Meisha Corde, all of Maysville, KY; three grandchildren, Branson Bellew, Aaron Corde and Samiaya Corde; his brother, Jeff Stewart (Tonya) of Georgetown, KY; his sister, Yvonne Spain (Jermaine) of Louisville, KY and a host of family and friends. Funeral services for Bill Stewart will be held at the Knox and Brothers Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Monday, September 30, 2019 with Rev. George Burns officiating. Burial will follow in the Green Acres Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Austin Bellew, Devontae Stewart, Logan Vonderbrink, Roman Nickerson, Andrew Staggs, Blake McGill, James Alexander and Trent Marshall.
