William C. "Billy" Clinger, 68, formerly of Maysville, died Thursday, December 26, 2019 at the Ohio Valley Manor in Ripley, Ohio. Mr. Clinger was born in Maysville, Kentucky on March 29, 1951 the son of the late William and Naomi Wheeler Clinger. He is survived by his sister, Mary Booker (Don) of Aberdeen, OH and numerous nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Clinger and his sister, Peggy Moulliet. Private services were held at the convenience of the family.
