Wilma Jean Bretz, 89, passed away Monday, September 25, 2023 at the Hospice of Hope Care Center at Kenton Pointe. Wilma was born on December 29, 1933 in Petersville, Kentucky the daughter of the late William and Stella Spencer Logan.

She is survived by her husband Elmer Bretz; daughter Linda (Cliff) Perry; brothers, Robert Logan, Gilbert Logan, and Clyde Logan; sisters, Elsie Gulley, and Pauletta Kilgore; grandchildren Jeremie, Jessica, Lisa and Tammy; great grandchildren, Logan, Chase, Cameron, Ryan, Katie and Andrew.

Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her son Jackie Bretz; her daughter Janie Bretz; her brothers Wallace Logan, William Logan, Eddie Logan and Benny Allen Logan and her sister Juanita Kielman.

Funeral services for Wilma Bretz will be held at the Knox and Brothers Funeral Home at 12:00 PM on Friday, September 29, 2023 with Pastor Arnold Howell officiating. Burial will follow at the Hillcrest Garden of Memories. Pallbearers will be Jeremie Bretz, Logan Bretz, Robbie Logan, JR Logan, Dan Frazier and Robert Logan. Honorary pallbearers will be Cameron Palmer and Chase Bretz. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, September 28, 2023 from 5to 8 PM.
